Delivery times generally range between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions. While we strive to meet these estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, courier issues, customs procedures (for international orders), or other external circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. In certain cases, we may offer promotional benefits such as free shipping on prepaid orders or special discounts for online payments. Orders placed using prepaid methods may also be prioritized for faster processing and smoother delivery experience. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), additional handling or service charges may apply.

In the event that a package is marked as delivered by the courier but is not received by the customer, Prasib Store cannot guarantee resolution, as delivery confirmation is based on the courier’s tracking system. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue by coordinating with the shipping partner. Similarly, we are not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.

For international orders, customers may be required to pay additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
